Dr. Waseem Tayeb is a Consultant Urologist, Onco-Urologist, and Minimally Invasive Urologist, currently serving as Head of the Urology Department at King Abdullah Medical City, Makkah, and Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Fakeeh College for Medical Sciences.

He trained in France, completing fellowships in Laparoscopy and Endo-Urology (Paris) and Onco-Urology (Paris and Amiens). His main expertise includes uro-oncology, laparoscopic and endoscopic surgery, advanced endourology, and minimally invasive techniques.

From 2018 to 2025, he served as Director of the Urology Residency Training Program in the Makkah Cluster, playing a key role in education and mentorship. He has also contributed to international research, particularly in endourology, renal cancer, and prostate cancer surgery.

Through his leadership, academic work, and specialized skills, Dr. Tayeb continues to advance urology practice in Saudi Arabia.
