Abstract Submission
All residents and students presenting accepted abstracts will be awarded a free registration. All the posters will be exhibited throughout the conference in the main Poster Exhibition Area. Each poster will be assigned a unique number that will indicate a specific location in the Poster Exhibition Area. You will receive this information at the meeting check-in.

Poster Guidelines
All posters should meet the following requirements:
- Single Page PDF-document
- Pixels; 1080 x 1536
- Millimeters: 351 x 542
- Type: New Times Roman
- Size: Readable at least from 3 feet distance
- Project Title
- Your name + names of collaborators, all including affiliation
- Summary of the Project
- Introduction
- Theory or Methodology section
- Results or Findings section
- Discussion
- Conclusions
- Disclosure of any funding or conflict of interest
Abstract Awards
Abstracts will be evaluated and the top posters will be the winners. The allotted time of presentation will be 4 minutes for Summary and 4 minutes for Q&A from the judges. Only the submitting author will present and get a certificate.
